I recently returned from my vacation in Alberta where I had opportunity to travel through Banff and Jasper National Parks.
This image was taken along Highway 1, the Trans Canada Highway on route from Jasper to Banff. This section of Highway between Banff and Jasper is noted to be one of the top ten drives…and it was!!
Jasper National Park, established in 1907, is the largest national park in the Canadian Rockies with 10,878 square kilometres of mountain wilderness.
This is a three exposure HDR image (+/-1) and tonemapped.
