First, in Lightroom, I fixed about 50 dust spots…
I tonemapped a single exposure in Photomatix then brought into CS4 with the original exposure. Ran the original exposure through noiseware, then played with it in Topaz Adjust. Changed the tonemapped layer (which was on top) to 50%-ish opacity in overlay mode. Added a levels adjustment layer and tweaked each channel individually. Flattened the image, duplicated the resulting layer, ran unsharp mask, and masked the unsharpened sky back in at about 50% opacity.
Back in Lightroom, added some vignette and exported.
