Made this earlier with alot of fancy fiktering:

Thought not to share it of heavy rendering and a structure hard to bear.
Simplified it to some extent.
This heart pulls in the background image and displaces it with some light tinting atop.
Background image is filtered so this isn't render all that sudden either.
